What we did
What resulted from a simple request to create a web form for capturing internal sales referrals was an elegant mobile app that did just that in a more interesting way. We employed concepts of gamification to make the experience more engaging. The solution helped sales folks to cross sell other HPE products, gain and track commission from the sale in an easy and interesting way.
The outcome
The end result was a cohesive suite of products that had both web and mobile components. User experience was consistent across both mobile and web platforms. We replaced a lot of one-off interactions designs with common, industry standard design patterns, which significantly improved learning.
