Unfold

Mobile based contact and org chart manager

Unfold is a mobile app for viewing and managing employee contact information and org chart for companies. It is the simplest solution available in the market today. We took unfold from a concept on the whiteboard to a completely developed product in a matter of weeks. Unfold will be launched on both iOS and Android in fall 2018.

nCore

Team hub for internal and external collaborations

nCore is a universal team hub service that enables your team to easily communicate from any platform or device, such as Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business Server, Slack, and Webex Teams. It also helps you connect with over 500,000 professionals from Global 5000 companies.

We redesigned both the end user facing product, the administration console as well as an iOS mobile app for the company. The overall goal of the project was to make the product more consumer friendly and increase usability. We worked closely with the product team in the San Francisco Bay Area and also effectively collaborated with the company’s remote development team.

Mercatus

Investment lifecycle management

Mercatus serves the unique needs of renewable energy developers and asset owners. Their Energy Investment Lifecycle Management (ILM) platform automates the full asset investment lifecycle enabling energy companies to grow their portfolio faster while lowering their risk profile.

We helped design the Mercatus product from the ground up. The design engagement involved seamlessly integrating with their product team, conduct weekly meetings to identify opportunities and delivering design on a quick turn around. The designs were responsive to work best on a desktop or a tablet, but scaled down to accommodate mobile form factor. We also helped design the Mercatus iOS app.

OrgWiki

Employee directory and org chart

OrgWiki delivers a social employee directory that transforms how employees connect, communicate and engage with each other. They help IT organizations provide employees with a unique company-wide perspective of their workplace, leveraging your existing communication and collaboration apps.

The OrgWiki product team wanted to give the product a much needed refresh. Most of the original product was designed in-house without much professional design help. We helped OrgWiki achieve that goal along with helping the team make a large list of product enhancements. The redesign also focused on making the user interface easier to customize and rebrand to best fit the needs of their customers.

MangoApps

Digital workplace

MangoApps is the hub of any digital workplace. They provide tools like enterprise social networking, modern Intranet, team collaboration & employee engagement software while integrating with existing enterprise systems so employees have access to everything they need in one place. MangoApps wanted us to solve a not so unique problem – Help increase their trial to paid conversion.

We conducted a detailed product walkthrough and found out that the product was too complex to understand and learn, although it had all the right features. Complexity affected user’s ability to learn the product before the end of the trial period and this was affecting conversion. Our new design used a lot of common social media paradigms, which reduced learning curve. We also enabled their in-house design team to take over from where we left off by giving them user interface templates and a styleguide.

Adobe

Digital media roadmap

Adobe is the global leader in digital media and digital marketing solutions. Their creative, marketing and document solutions empower everyone – from emerging artists to global brands – to bring digital creations to life and deliver immersive, compelling experiences.

Adobe wanted us to help create a release and project management product for internal use. This software helped streamline release and project management within the company as well as provide simple and easy to understand project tracking and monitoring capabilities via a dashboard. We also helped design the key user flows for project creation and resource allocation.

HPE

Sales incentive tracker

HPE Security is a leader in data-centric security and encryption space. They protect the world’s largest brands and neutralize breach impact by securing sensitive data at rest, in use and in motion. Their solutions provide advanced encryption, tokenization and key management that protect sensitive data.

What resulted from a simple request to create a web form for capturing internal sales referrals was an elegant mobile app that did just that in a more interesting way. We employed concepts of gamification to make the experience more engaging. The solution helped sales folks to cross sell other HPE products, gain and track commission from the sale in an easy and interesting way.

Enlighted

Sensor and analytics platform

Enlighted helps their customers reach long-range sustainability goals while saving money and increasing efficiency. With their first-in-class sensor and analytics platform, they provide smart energy solutions for commercial environments, saving customers up to 90% in energy costs.

Enlighted wanted us to help with the design of their next generation Internet of Things (IoT) reporting dashboard, especially focusing on data visualization of their key metrics. The product team had put together some early ideas which we leveraged to create the final design. The new design allowed their customers to view organization wide energy consumption data using a map based user interface.
